These Terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully.

 

General

We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date above).

 

We will carry out all deliveries and services on the basis of the following terms and conditions. The contract of sale is subject to the Schweizerisches Obligtionenrecht (OR) as well as the swiss law.

 

Conclusion of contract

Our pricelist, brochures and publications on the internet are effectively without obligation. Any offer can be withdrawn, as long as there is no other written agreement. The contract is accepted upon receipt of the ordered goods. The amount and fulfilment of the delivery is defined in the electronic confirmation of purchase.

 

Prices and supply

All prices stated on the www.atelierte.com online-shop are in EURO. Vat is not included and is depending on the supplying country. A successful delivery will only occur upon payment through squarespace service.

 

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, any additional services you chose, plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your shopping basket before you submit your order.

 

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (not after) we accept your order.

 

Delivery

Products which are “on stock” will be delivered inside Switzerland within 3 working days unless stated otherwise and the EU within 4 to 7 working days and outside the EU within 14 working days. All packages must be signed for.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

In case of delivery outside of Switzerland the customer is obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs office for further information.

 

Returns

Returns of purchased products should be sent back to us including all packaging. Products should not have any traces of use. Customers will bare the shipping costs for returns and exchanges as well as any further online payment costs.

No costs will be covered in the case that the items goes missing thus we recommend sending the goods using a track and trace shipping service. We do not cover or refund any costs incurred by customs.

 

Liability

Our liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods is in accordance with swiss law. In the event of an exceptional case, we are only liable for the maximum worth of the transaction.

 

Copyright and use of the website

Also after the purchase Atelier Té is still the owner of all intellectual property rights, particularly design rights and copyrights, concerning its goods. The customer is not entitled to extract and/or re-utilize parts of the contents of the website.
